When batting in cricket it is essential to have excellent footwork. As good foot work is the basis for achieving excellence in cricket and is the foundation for good batting technique.

Foot work is absolutely necessary as all successful strokes start with effective footwork.

If you watch Brian Lara, Michael Vaughn, Ricky Ponting, Sachin Tendulkar, all of these amazing batsmen have outstanding footwork, often when these types of players don't perform it is simply due to lack of footwork.

Good footwork allows you to time the ball well and place the ball in gaps. It gets you in the optimum position to hit the ball, so you can hit it where you want and with ease.

If you have been struggling to play a particular shot for some reason it could be due to poor footwork causing bad timing and body positioning.

With faster bowlers it is even more essential to have excellent fast and precise footwork, so that you can get into a balanced position, in-line with the ball, so you can play the ball with control.

Getting quickly into position through footwork therefore is very important.

The more you practice your footwork against both fast and slow bowlers the easier you will gradually find it. Many players do what we call trigger movements just before the bowler releases the ball, this helps get the feet moving into position and into line much quicker and easier, especially against faster bowlers.

Next time you watch a game on TV watch the batsmens feet really closely as the bowler is about to deliver youll see these small trigger movements; small foot movements, which help the batsmen get in position and inline early.

As a batsman it is absolutely necessary to develop your foot work and foot movement, as all excellent strokes start with effective and efficient footwork.

What's left are the most important thing you need to have as a hunter and that is your hunting knives, guns, or bow and arrow to do the killing. Today, I am going to shed the light on how to equip your website to start earning money.

How you make money online will depend on your game plan. You can either create a landing page and build a list of customers' email addresses then send marketing emails to sell them your products or you can earn money through adsense, text link ads or other advertising networks. You can also register with "ReviewMe" and make money reviewing other people's website. My point is there are a whole lot of ways to monetize your website.

Here is my top 5 list of monetizing website or blogs:

1. Google Adsense. As discussed on my previous post, with google adsense, google will place ads on your site, then Google will put relevant ads on your website after a couple days of evaluation but most likely, you need to change some settings to help google to put the best ads on your site.

2. Text Link Ads (TLA). TLA will sell advertising spots on your website, and advertisers will pay per month to advertise there. Unlike google adsense, you will earn money even when nobody click on the ads.

3. Contera Link will evalute the conent of your posts and make a certain words or phrases to become ads. You will earn money everytime somebody clicks on the ads

4. TTZ Media. Like adsense, TTZ media will place ads on your website. Most are electornic ads, and if put on the right spot, it will make some good money for you

5. Paypal donations. A lot people dont even bother to put paypal donation on their site but actually a lot of visitors are willing to donate, especially you have great contents on your site.

Anybody here hasnt heard of agloco ? If you havent heard of agloco, I recommend you to try it. Basically agloco lets you make money while you surf the internet, and earn commission anytime you refer friends to use it. Just install the viewbar, and you are ready to go. It's quite easy :)

Above are only a couple of advertisement networks that I love to use, but there are still a lot of other ad networks out there. John Chow has a nice list of other available ads network you can register and make money. Remember: "Dont put all your eggs on one basket"
